I graduated from High School, I got diagnosed with anxiety disorder, and I am currently back in Germany working until the Spring to start my BA in journalism. Finally Some Colour! Opinions?

It was 75 degrees outside Friday & Saturday, and now Oklahoma is in the middle of multiple snow / ice storms. This is pathetic, I've been stuck inside for more than 24hrs because I live 20 minutes from town. Also, our pipes are frozen which means no shower. I just got my drivers license less than a week ago, not to mention I signed up for a gym / tanning membership on Monday. I hope they clear the roads soon! I still need to go prom dress shopping, yet I am pretty sure I am getting the dress I posted on here earlier. I'm really proud of myself for getting a gym membership, because I really want to start working out and toning up. The tanning part? I want to be bronzed, and pretty. Yet I'm terrified of tanning beds, so we will see how this goes. As of Thursday the 27th I am officially 18 years old, and I've applied to four jobs and gotten my drivers license.

I am so ready to graduate.

Alright, as I stated before the theme is "Midnight Masquerade," the colours are white, silver and black. My date wants to wear a white tux (I have no problem with that) and yeah. I found this dress, and I fell in love. The colour would go amazing with a white tux, and a classy theme. However, kind of having doubts about my curvy body in that dress. Help!

Alright, this is my attempted pompadour using Murray's Hair Pomade. I find it quite ironic that 'white girl' hair products barely hold my hair, yet ethnic ones do just the trick. Don't you just love the colours of Autumn? They're my absolute favorite! This outfit was a product of laziness, but it turned out to be a hit! The sweater was from a thrift store, lucky steal huh? It has puff sleeves, pockets, and a zipper detail down the middle to elongate. Tag says H&M size 44. And yes, I found out that the zipper does unzip all the way! My jeans are from City size XXL. All I wear are jeggings now, it's pretty sad. My shoes are just little mixmatched coloured flats. I also added a blonde/brown extension to my long bang to add dimension, opinions?

I decided to curl my long bangs, and try something different. I am currently loving it! I went to see Saw 3D tonight with a friend, so I finally got a chance to 'dress up' a little outside of school. The shirt is so darling, with the beaded flower detail. It's from City Chic size 1x. It's actually a dress, but I bunched it up to make it look like a shirt. Paired it with my old leather jacket, and gold earrings to give it an edgy vibe.

So, about four days ago I went on a hair colour adventure to achieve some blonde, and...basically my hair was bleached, toned and friend to death. So bad that no some of my six inch layers, are not even half an inch long. It's rather sad, and I cried the first two or three showers handfuls HANDFULS of hair were coming out, however. I'm back to my senses and I have an idea...what if I go BOY short? Like, pixies. Rock it in a way that the media says plus size girls can't rock. I'm thinking something like this:

Alright, I'm getting back in thehang of it, slowly. I wore this yesterday, and It was a comfortable cool outfit. The sweater/shirt is from Rue 21 size XL I scored it for 9 bucks! My pants are my size 16 Jeggings from Faith 21. My flats I got at New Yorker in Germany, and my ring is from Claires. It's one of those nifty stretchy ones, that fit my chubby hands :X See my spider bite on the bottom picture? That's how it's going to scar, boo. However, at least it's not a giant hole in my foot. I'm going to do a video post soon, and start taking pictures of my outfits and uploading them at school like I am doing right now. I miss you guys <3

I put this outfit together with Fall in mind; I love the neutrals and the auburn oranges. I found that sweater-cardi at Topshop and fell in love; the abstract pattern is gorgeous and it matches those nude heels perfect. The skinnies could really be in black, or any other denim colour and it would pass just fine.

This outfit is a total 'Me' outfit. I am always mixing colours that look like they would go with one metal aka silver or gold, and doing the opposite. The white detail on the sweater would most obviously be paired with silver, however throw in the heels with the gold buckles and voila! you have an even cuter ensemble. The black earings with the gold detail add a little flare, but the bracelet is the topping for the whole outfit.

But I'm Back, Officially.

My Senior applications are 90% done, crossing my fingers for London baby. I've also been driving a lot lately, and will get my permit within the next week or so. Three months till January, and I'll be driving alone, unrestricted. Life here in Oklahoma is a billion times different then life in Germany, and the shopping? Well, it blows in this small town. My senior pictures are this Saturday, I'm pretty nervous. I can't wait to show you the outfits I have put together for them. I'll take snapshots of those, and upload them before Saturday for everyone to see. I'll also upload and show you my Senior pictures whenever they are finished. I'm doing two seperate poses; 1) Will be a formal outfit, dress, heels sex appeal. 2) Casual outfit with my yellow bug. Also, I am going back to short hair on Sunday. My hair has grown out quite a bit, and it'll look something like this:

I think a change is well needed, especially as far as maintenence and time management goes. This'll be easier to 'work' and I think it'll be a good change. I promise to upload pictures the day it is cut and styled, done deal. I know I haven't been doing a lot of outfit posts, or any recently and I apologize for that. My life has been pretty hectic after this move, only four weeks into the new country and I'm longing for my momma bear and sissy so bad. On another note, only seven months until I graduate and can go to college. I'm applying at two colleges in London, and one in America. My hopes are very high, haha. Mary Katrantzou is the designer of this Spring Collection, and I have to admit I absolutely love it. At first the idea of having my body covered in patterns frightened me, I mean those turbo stripes would go on for miles however sucking it up, I am down. down. down. for this look. The pop up skirts and the lampshade looking tops are enough to have me sold. Let's just cross our fingers a plus-size designer decides to opt this in for us, eh?

Next we have the lovely Mark Fast who made the creation. My first thought? I wonder if Lady Gaga or Rhianna will get to it first. But seriously, it's gorgeous in it's own bizarre - out - there kind of way. If it had a little bit more material, I'd go out and buy (a cheaper) version of it.

I have been stuck in this little town of Oklahoma without nothing to do, and without anywhere to go. I don't know how to drive, I have nothing to drive, and there's really nothing going on. However, my parents called me yesterday, and proceeded to inform me they bought me a car. They apologized for the 'manual' transmission, instead of automatic, but who cares? A car, is, well a car. Then I proceeded to beg them for about 45 mins as to which kind of car it was. Finally? They broke. My parents bought me my dream car; the prettiest, new yellow Volkswagen bug EVER. I thought I was going to cry, haha. If I go to college in London, I'll only have it until August, but still. EEEEEEEEEEE. I gotta learn how to drive it, but it's gorgeous.

I'm so sorry I haven't been able to post a lot lately, I've been so busy. Unpacking, enrolling in school, etc. My first day at this new highschool is tomorrow, and I am so nervous. They've already been in school for three weeks now, ughhhhh. Living with my grandma is going to be so weird / difficult / eye opening. I miss my mom and sister so much, so so so much. My dad...well...i love him but he's let me down a lot. My first day of school is tomorrow, and instead of flying out the day after, hes flying out tomorrow not even gonna see me off or see how it goes. He's really insensitive to thinks like that, mostly to things dealing with me; part of the reason why I left. My new room and closet are so tiny, but I've redecorated it and it looks so much better. I spent 25 bucks on some lipstick from Smashbox.

Taken with my Iphone at seven in the morning, so bare with me. It's a little bit brighter than this, it's called "pout." I love the way it works with gold, or silver. And, moving to Eufaula, Oklahoma in less than three weeks means no more huge shopping sprees or makeup splurges. I am going to die. Seriously, they have a Sonic, Dollar General, and a Cowboy Howdies or somethin'. Drive 30 mins to reach a Walmart, and three hours to reach a city. And, living without my family is going to be so hard. Ahh, I'm ready.

A thought that crosses my mind at least once a week.

If you want to cast me out as a 'fatshion' supporter after this, than I'll take my chance at accusing you of being a fraud. How many of my fellow bloggers can honestly hold their hand high, and say that they do not think like this on a weekly basis? My guess is going to be close to none. Why is this? Does this make us all hypocrites? I don't think it does, if anything, I think it proves how much the world needs women like us in it. Sure, everyone has those days where they wish they were a shade lighter or darker, a size smaller, or a penny richer. Does that make you a horrible person? Nahh, just an honest one. These thoughts all consumed my mind when this week I was able to fit into a Victoria Secret Pink t-shirt. I was aghast at the fact that it fit me, and nicely at that. "This is what skinny girls must feel like," I concurred. Right then, in that moment, I was feeling good. Pause, I was feeling damn good. But you know what made me feel better? I wasn't a skinny girl, I was a fat girl. A fat girl who looked better than most in this shirt. It clung to my (curvy) hips irresistibly, and it added a little pep to my step. I know what you're thinking, "All that over one shirt?!?" Yeah, I know, pathetic. However, it's the idea behind it. Why do we put labels on things, "skinny girl clothes," and "fat girl clothes?" Hell, if you can rock it, than do it. Fuck the number on the tag, quite frankly that is. I have those days where I get out of bed, my jeans fit too snugly, my legs hurt from chafing, and my shirt hugs me in all the wrong places. However, I wouldn't change it for the world. I love my curves. I love being able to show off my cute, round body in the perfect outfit. Yeah, I wish my tummy wasn't so pudgy, but that can be handled in a different manner. I'm talking about my hips, my breasts, my thighs. The things on my body that I was born with; that weren't from my excessive love of macadamia nut cookies, and strawberry milkshakes.

Taking it back OLD school....

These are photos from Patrick Mohr's collection at Berlin Fashion Week. First and foremost, what is with the bald heads and facial hair on the models? I am quite confused as to what look he was going for with this one. Second thought, and most important: WHY THE HELL DO THE MODELS LOOK LIKE THEY JUST CAME FROM LE' HOLOCAUST RUNWAY?!? Okay, okay maybe that was a little rude considering the whole German diss there but these models look disgusting. The clothes are cute, but the protruding bones? Not so much. Back To The Dark Side

Last night I was looking at my hair, and all those brown / light spots in my hair were really irking me. Sp, I dyed my hair back to a dark black/brown colour. I don't know if I like it forsure or not, but everyone so far that has seen it says it's nice. I can't wait for my boyfriend to see it next week when we hang out, btw he leaves in about two weeks and I am going to cry my eyes out like a giant baby. What else is new? My family is in London, England without me, because they thought this weekend was Graduation weekend (it was last weekend), and they knew I didn't want to miss my boyfriend's Graduation, so they didn't buy me tickets. Sucks, huh? I'm home alone until Monday afternoon. I also applied for a job at the BX (the airbases version of a walmart, has everything!) and let's hope I get it. I have my CNA license (certified nursing assistant), but the hours at the hospital suck and the distance doesn't help either. The money I get from this job, if I get hired, will go towards going out and shopping.

Now, on to the last thing, this is the outfit I styled for you guys today. I bought this skirt at the BX, it's a size XL and it has a pretty zipper in the back. It was only 21.99 and it fits like a glove. I paired it with my brown gladiator sandals, and a plain white tank top. And the headband is one I got in Mallorca, isn't it lovely? On another note, CHECK OUT MY TAN. It looks nice huh? Haha.

Self Esteem Issues

So lately I've felt ugly, and it's been quite a challenge to overcome this feeling. Today was the last day of school, and the start of our Summer. My boyfriend and I went on a date, and he made me feel beautiful. From his kisses, to the sweet little things he does. So today I went home, and took pictures of me in various bathing suits. I have stretchmarks, a stomach, big thighs, huge hips, no makeup and greasy hair. But this is ME. I have to fall back in love with myself, so this is where I begin.

I was browsing through Faith 21, when something caught my attention. Don't get me wrong or anything, the dress is adorable, but the model? SHAWTY IS A TEN. Seriously, she is what I envision as a "plus size" model. She's drop dead gorgeous, and her curves are perfect. If more models looked like this, the average American woman would be able to look in the mirror and say, "Damn, I look good."

I love the zipper detail on this dress, paired with the ruffles. I think it's really important to focus on one colour, and bring it out, rather then overwhelm a piece with a billion and one colours I chose a colour that wasn't dominant throughout the dress, but the accessories help it to pop.

I am going to buy this outfit.

Today was a little bit better, and the weather was fantastic. Tonight is the famous Kaiserslautern Festival downtown, aka Ktown Fest. It's full of carnival rides (pretty intense ones) and tons of drinking. I'll go ixnay on option b, and stick to the carnival rides. As for my outfit tonight? It's fantastic! I'll post pictures tomorrow.
But here's my outfit I wore today....

The shirt is from H&M's "BB" line, the skirt is actually thrifted and my sandals I got from a Claires. I loved my outfit today, it was cheerful and flirty. Also, I looked damn good in it. Even some of the tiny yuppies were saying, "you look really pretty." or "i love your outfit." IN YOUR FACE.

This leads back to my other topic, ~~THANK YOU~~, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! for all of your lovely comments on my previous post. It was nice to see how many people agreed with me, and I'm glad I "inspired" some of you guys. I plan on sticking up for fatshion hate, whenever it is heard. After yesterday I'm pretty sure everyone knows I'm all business, and I can't help it if I look better in my size 18 skirt then you do in your size 2. That's life, deal with it. Nah, no need to be rude, but I'm really happy for the comments.

A. Long. Time.

Today, I was hanging out with my usual friends when I overheard some girls talking about another girl walking past us. They were commenting on how big she was, and how her "too tight" denim skirt showed off her unwanted belly rolls. This royally pissed me off. In a "fatshion" sense, this girl completely rocked the look and I think the other skinny girls were just jealous. To which I brought this up and stated, "well I look like her." and they all waved it off by adding, "yeah, but you're different." Why? Because my hair's a little shinier, or my clothes fit a little better? Then they went off onto this rant about how I'm actually "happy", I have a boyfriend and I've been losing weight. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I had to put them in their place. I am so sick and tired of skinny girls making assumptions on fat girls. I'm sorry, but you have no idea what it's like, your whole body can fit into one leg of my denim jeans. The ones that I have a hard time squeezing into on my good days, because I'm fat. And yes, we use the word "fat." Everyone uses that word. I'm all those words: plus sized, voluptuous, curvy and it all boils down to FAT. I accept it, so you can accept it too. Next myth? That fat girls can't have fun, or they laugh to hide their tears. BULLSHIT. I keep up with a blog, I'm President of NSHS, I've been the female lead in the past two years at school and everyone knows me as "the girl who gets shit done." So therefore, cut that off the list. The last one that irritates me the most? Fat girls can't get boyfriends. Seriously? Either the girl doesn't want a damn boyfriend, or she hasn't found the right one. Just because someone's of a larger size, doesn't mean they don't have standards. Also, I have a boyfriend and we've happily been dating for six months. I don't know what it was that set me off today, but I felt like yelling at everyone. As "fat acceptance" is getting better, it seems like the critiquing is also getting more intense. Sometimes, society makes me want to cringe at the disgusting rules they set for girls around the world. Then, it reminds me that I'm fat and proud. I accept my body, and if you can't, then piss off. So it's instances like that, that make me want to "stick it to the man", to give a royal "fuck you" to society. Because I'm not going to hide behind some black, too big, paperbag dress just because you tell me to do so. AH. I think I have it all out of my system now, sorry for the cursing, ha.

Today's weather was fabulous! And Monday I leave for Berlin, three day trip, for my AP Euro class. My boyfriend graduates in less than twenty days, I'm freaking out. Also, I've lost five pounds. Woo!

Also, notice anything different? NO CAST! My doctor told me my radius is still broken, but he gave me the choice of a brace or a cast for three more weeks....you can see what I chose. No more yucky cast! (:

I must tell you guys I've been so happy lately, with my boyfriend, my family, my life....everything is so good. I was drooling over these Christian Louboutin caged ankle boots, but for a hefty price tag of $1,595 at SAKS. They're cute, but not that cute. However, Nine west has a very similar pair for only $199.

I was looking at the Faith 21 portion on Forever21.com and I have got to say I'm envying all of you in the states right now, there's so much to buy and look through now! Shopping online can be such a drag, there's nothing more exciting then feeling the clothes and trying them on in the store itself. Especially the smell of the store, the hustle and bustle at the register....ahh! I just miss it. Anyways, I picked out my favorites so far, and I hope you guys like them....

Okay, as everyone know the "draping" method is becoming widely popular for full-figured females. (Alliteration!) Anyways, I love this dress- it's sleek and can be worn casual or formal.

I just adore this combination of the tweed look with the baby polka dots,

add some ankleboots and chain necklaces, you're good to go !

At first glance, I said to myself: "This is ugly." Now, looking at it further, I really like it. I love the rope detail belt and the embroidery on the bottom. I think it'd be perfect with white gladiators (:

I LOVE this ruffle vest so much! Do I even have to explain how versatile it is? No, just look at it. ADORABLE!

Last but not least, these shoes with the mesh detail are fab. I need these in my closet, NOW.

I recommend if you haven't looked on the website, to start looking now, because the clothing goes really fast. Especially the 3x's. Their clothing is cheap, trendy and versatile. I'll make some look books later. For now, I should get some sleep since it's almost 12:30 PM here in Germany and I have to wake up for my OR appt. to get my cast put on tomorrow, eee!

So basically today's weather was so bipolar, up and down. My day all together was alright though, my boyfriend cheered me up towards the end. Speaking of that, Prom is next weekend, augh! I'm excited, yet nervous. I get my cast tomorrow too, finally. This one is heavy and it stinks, BAD. So today, me being the jokester I am, I fell down while laughing hard with some friends and I snapped my radius in half. Yes, my arm was in so much pain. So right now I'm in a temporary cast, THAT'S UP MY ARM, until next week where I get fitted for a real one. What's so horrible? I am in a real one for prom! For six weeks, I have to wear a cast. I am so upset, a cast for prom? I could seriously cry.

So today I decided to go for a more "lazier" look, but with more accessories. You'll rarely ever find me wearing a necklace, unless it's a chain one or a locket. However, when in Mallorca I found this owl necklace that I absolutely had to have. It was a jewelry store where every piece was five euro. I bought this, some earrings and a headband for my Prom. (which is next weekend!) Ahh, so much to do! I noticed a few of you guys in my last post made comments about my eyelashes- thank you! They are 100% real, I just layer on the mascara. I use an old ALMAY mascara brush and then some cheap NYC liquid. Coat them, Curl them, Coat the Top and then One More Coat! I hope you are all doing good and like my outfit, later <3

Manic Monday.

Usually I'm pretty fine with Monday's, but today I loathed them. It lasted absolutely forever, I thought the bell would never ring. Not to mention, why are boys' so complicated? Whatever. My outfit for today comes strictly from H&M minus the shoes. The shirt I bought for 7 euro and the pants were 19 euro. Not bad eh? My earrings were also from there, 4 euro. The shoes are from payless.

Today it was gorgeous in Germany, so I broke out my new H&M dress and earrings. I love this dress because it's light and comfortable, without being too dressy or too casual. The shoes are about a year old from a vintage boutique downtown. I'm loving this warm weather so much! Any opinions?

Faith 21 Is Stepping Up

I remember when Faith 21 first started, and I was so very disappointed. Now I'm just shocked! I was on their website today, and I found this dress. I could do so much with this dress, and now I am torn between it or something from Jen's Fashion Plus. Ughhh. What do you guys think of it?

Ahh, sorry for the lack of updates, I've been tremendously busy. However, all excuses, uh reasons, aside I have a new post! The weather in Germany was beyond amazing, we probably hit 70 FINALLY! So today I broke out a dress from Anna Michelle and I loved it.

OF course I paired it with some white gladiator sandals and a black cardigan (school rule)
